Applely Named
Apple vodka, Lillet, sparkling wine, clarified lemon juice, almond liqueur, and ras el hanout syrup give this cocktail a fall flavor with some Moroccan spice. The aesthetic is inspired by Van Gogh’s painting, Irises (1889). It is tall and thin like a flower, with edible paints made from blueberry and mint that are meant to slowly incorporate into the drink. The paints will slightly blur, similar to the post-impressionist painting itself. It will subtly change the flavor as well, but don’t worry. It still tastes great from the get Gogh.
