Conspicuously Absinthe

Frequently absinthe is used in tiny portions, so I really wanted to highlight it in this cocktail. It has a strong base of absinthe with amaretto, cantaloupe juice, Meyer lemon juice, mint, and honey syrup. It tastes as refreshing as it looks. Sure to lift your spirits if you’re feeling a bit meloncholy.
