Plum the Depths
I wanted to explore the dry, crisp, acidic qualities of Fino for an autumn flavored cocktail that could be enjoyed even in a milder climate. It has grapes three ways with Fino, pisco, and verjus blanc as well as salt, apple cinnamon bitters, and a syrup made with pears, plums, figs, and baking spices. Distinctly Fino sherry with the flavors of autumn you can enjoy at any temperature or time of year. This one was thought out a lot. You might even say I had a flor plan.
