Redbed Daisy

You want something like a spicy Margarita but different? Got it. I used sotol, tequila, aquavit, red Italian bitters, lemon juice, grapefruit cordial, and habañero shrub for the Redbed Daisy. It has a citrusy and piquant familiarity while also being completely unique with herbal notes. This cocktail is sotol and handsome as hell.
