For this cocktail, I wanted to cross a Bee’s Knees with a Sgroppino, which is an Italian drink with sorbet, sparkling wine, and a little bit of a spirit. It is made with beeswax-washed gin, honey liqueur, verjus, lemon sorbet, and Prosecco, garnished with honey candy glass and lemon zest. It’ll give you just a little buzz.
