The Notorious P.O.G.

Inspired by the Hawaiian favorite POG, which is a juice made from passion fruit, orange, and guava. When I was in Hawaii many years ago I had POG and really enjoyed it so I knew I wanted to turn it into a cocktail. I did so here with vodka, orange curaçao, passion fruit liqueur, guava puree, pineapple juice, and tiki bitters. It was a real passion project.
