Toulousey Goosey

There are few things nicer than sipping on a lovely pour of cognac. One of those things can be sipping on a lovely cognac cocktail. Mixed with elderflower liqueur, vanilla-champagne syrup, lemon juice, orange bitters, and Cape gooseberries, cognac is vibrant and playful. Maybe the gooseberries make me a little fowl mouthed, but damn is this good.
